GradeLine is sold as a professional Mac app with a one-time teacher license and district options on request.
Overview
GradeLine is a local-first Mac app. Core data stays on your device. There are no GradeLine accounts and no telemetry. Optional AI grading uses the provider and API key you configure. Sending extracted student work requires your explicit approval. Keys are stored in macOS Keychain. See the Privacy page for the current data flow.
License
- One-time purchase. Not a subscription.
- Your license grants you the right to run GradeLine on a single Mac unless a multi-seat license is purchased.
- Point updates are included; major upgrades may be sold separately.
Restrictions
- No redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the app or license keys.
- Charging others to access or use GradeLine outside official licensing is prohibited.
- We reserve the right to pursue legal action against unauthorized resale or distribution.
Ownership
GradeLine is the intellectual property of Solid Ground Solutions. Purchasing a license grants usage rights; it does not transfer ownership or intellectual property.
